Eight surgeon from overseas visited Pooja Nursing Home for training in laparoscopic hernia surgery.

Originally from Maldives and Nepal, these surgeons attended multiple lectures on laparoscopic surgery for various types of hernia by Dr. Ramesh Punjani.. They also saw one live surgery (Bilateral TEP for large inguinal Hernia). They expressed their gratitude and despite the small time we spent with them we connected with them on a deeper level sharing the passion of providing excellent healthcare. We also felt proud in parting with the knowledge and understanding of the science of hernia with surgeons from SAARC countries. We firmly believe that all scientific advances specially in medical science are essentially necessary and should be available for entire human race irrespective of geographical boundaries.
