Please do not keep valuables or excess money with you. We advise you to ask relatives to look after your valuables and money as the hospital does not accept responsibility for loss or damage of your possession.

Food will not be served by the hospital. However, home food brought by the relatives can be warmed and served.

Patients can deposit the payment by Cash/Demand Draft /Credit/Debit Cards.

Please ask the desk about availability of cashless facilities for your insurance company. However, reimbursement can always be done for the other companies.

All patients will be discharge based on the advice of the treating consultant. For cash patient, Timing of discharge start from 11:00 AM to 09.00 PM on Monday – Saturday and on Sunday 11:00 am to 01:00pm on Sunday after clearance of final bill.

For cashless claim patients; after receiving instructions from Doctors necessary documents will be sent to the concern TPA Company; and after receiving final approval from TPA Discharge process will start. Patient will have to pay the non-approved amount.

Outside food is allowed only for relatives and attendant.

The refund will be given by Cheque within next two days of discharge.

Patient will be billed as per the category of room that he/she is using.

Patient can be shifted to the lower or higher class only if the required rooms are available.

Your discharge card or summary report will be given to you at the time of discharge after final bill clearance. If you have any doubt you are welcome to ask at the desk.
